iWantFlash Petition

iwantflash @ 4:46 pm

This is our Petition to get Apple to put flash on the coolest devices we have ever seen.

We want the full web experience not the web without video, games, and other experiences that creative minds have come up with but are only available with Flash.

We the undersigned ask you to sign our petition to inform Apple, Inc. that it can't claim a device "lets you see web pages as they were meant to be seen" without Adobe Flash Player in a web browser.

We would like Apple to fix this issue by allowing the Flash Player 10.1 onto the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch so we can experience the full web.

xxxxxxxx,
Flash is essential these days. We....want...flash!

Marcus Ferrara,
Please let me see the web!

xxxxxxxx,

Lévêque,

Bob M.,
It just make sense. I could never buy another Apple product at this point

Mark stoute,
Thanks for making the web unusable, Steve. We want flash! I'm on an Ipad now! But boy when blackberry or google have An alternative, I'll be switching.

Jp Altier,
I am truly disappointed by the lack of flash on iOS platforms as they cannot play music on most music related websites such as mySpace/Soundcloud/lastFM/Beatport to list a few.

Mark,
If Jobs vendetta against adobe is truly the only reason that apple won't allow flash on the iPhone, your really a pathetic company. Your allowing one person to dictate what your customers can see in the Internet. Meanwhile Android is slowly catching up. I love the iPhone, but this will be my last unless this problem is not addressed. You allow apps like cloud browse to play flash video, so it's obvious that the phones have the capability. Board members wake up! All the bells and whistles don't mean a thing when your co-worker with an Evo is watching the latest videos online and your screen is blank.

xxxxxxxx,
This is a huuge inconvienence. Please support java for iphone and ipad. I'll pay whatever it takes. Lets go!

Maria J.,
I just bought an iPad, and I'm seriously consider returning it despite the restocking fee at Best Buy. What's the point of having it if I can't play my Facebook games or update my Wix website? And yep, we order Dominoes pizza, too. In fact, I think I AM going to go back and get the small Toshiba netbook. I wanted something small and portable, but here I am still using my big, clunky laptop. As far as a touch-screen tablet? I'll wait for Google's. Many thanks to the commenters on this page for helping me make my decision. Maria J., August 1, 2010

xxxxxxxx,

Daniel Landwirth,
Mr. Jobs, I own an iPod touch, nano, iPhone 4 32gb, 64gb 3G iPad (which I am typing on right now), and a macbook air. I am a loyal apple customer and I believe flash should be available for download so people can choose whether to have it or not. Once I buy the item it is my property and if i want to have flash on my devices then I should be able to!

Domx,
I want flash

Paul K,
I have an iPhone 3GS, upgraded with the 4G OS, though my only complaint ever since i bought the iPhone, is the lack of support for Flash. Now, i Know this is probably just a sneaky plou to get people to buy more apps instead of playing their online free counterparts, however there are many useful, and sometimes essential sites which require Flash. I believe Jobbs is loosely quoted as saying that Flash is not needed for a full experience, and can be avoided without hindrance. This is most certainly not true. I would like for someone to begin compiling a list of websites which require flash. One of which include several very popular sites: http://blog.theflashblog.com/?p=1703 . Now i believe that rather than including Flash, Apple is preparing websites with alternatives, however these are few and far between. I personally have no idea why Apple is waging this crusade against Flash, there is no logical reason I can see other than them trying to make their own pockets even fatter, not improve the internet for generations to come, because of these sites are as closed-minded as the design of the iPhone when compared to the Droid and other smart phones, then these sites are a step back. Before this problem is fixed, my advice to anyone is to get the Droid, and Jailbreaking for those of us unfortunate enough to have invested in an iPhone. I do believe the Droid lives up to its reputation as "The iPhone Killer", and the fact Apple is preferring to focus so much on a small battle to keep their customers on a tighter leash, rather than fully use the product they are selling and increacing its potential, leads me to ask this question: what does Apple really are about?

Kevin Foad,
Whether HTML5 is the future or not, flash is current and widely used. As is the iPhone. Releasing a car to market which does not run on a widely available fuel is the only other equally suicidal product I could think of.

xxxxxxxx,
No support for Flash is the only issue keeping me from being a happy iPad user. If you keep up your war on flash, I will migrate to the first viable windows or android pad. I have already reluctantly migrated off iphone because of no support for iPad tethering and no flash support. Order shoes from Nike? Not on iPad. Order pizza from dominos? Not on iPad. View decent real time stock data? Not on iPad. Every time I mentally register that I can't do x on iPad, I end up back at my netbook for more and more of my surfing. I want to keep my iPad, but would like to buy from a company less wanting to control every aspect of everything.

Ross,
Steve Jobs. I hope that when you restrict people personally begin to hate you and your company. You could learn that by watching any govt that restricts freedom. It is apparent that this restriction is only based on your own greediness and fear of success of adobe products. Only reason i have iphone is because i am under a family plan at att so it would cost me 25 per month to pay for internet rather than 100+ for indiv plan at verizon. However i do feel that the android phones will be making the iphone only a dot in the phone industry mostly due to iphones dictatorship style on apps and flash. The fact of the matter is if the phone technologically the best you might be a bit disappointed but you still like the company. When a company has restrictions on people then people despise the company itself no matter how good their phones turn out to be. So a word of advice to you to not make things a way that people hate the brand apple itself. The antenna issue, even though a flaw, wouldnt stop me from buying other products. Something was overlooked. It doesnt change my feelings on the company. However your restrictions on flash and apps has made me despise you and the apple name. Hope you listen and put user's experiences ahead of your wallet.

xxxxxxxx,
It's not up to apple to determine what content is viewable or not. It's clearly an attempt to control the content delivery mechanism in favor of QuickTime. If it uses more battery simply provide a toggle on / off capability and leave it to the user.

Nicholas Parkinson,
I have made several websites, both flash and non-flash, but don't always have access to my computer to check them out or work on them...allowing flash on the IPhone/IPad/Itouch would greatly help me and several others like me when we are away from our computer. Also, Apple's biggest competition--Droid phones--have this advantage and I see a lot of my friends, and others choosing these other devices due to Apple's decision to not support Flash (as well as open-source) although I find Apple's products to be superior in design, hardware, and many other areas. I can see a lot of customers turning elsewhere until Apple decides to address these problems. I've read the statement by Steve Jobs as to why Apple doesn't support Flash, and I understand that in the future we may not need a third party app to view certain websites...but this is now, and a lot of popular websites use Flash. To sum it up, Apple is destroying it's image by harsh restrictions. Allow people do what they want with their phones. If, by chance, they ruin their phones from a virus or something, it won't be Apple's fault. If Android can get away with it, why not Apple? I really think Apple has higher-quality products...but in the end, companies like HTC are going to end up on top. Really, I'm tired of all the criticism against Apple. Show people why they should buy your products...give iPhone owners a reason to stop jailbreaking their IPhones. This is a competition, and you're eventually going to lose if you don't allow users more freedom.

xxxxxxxx,

Jason deBottis,
Flash on the iPhone would truly be magical.

Ian Humbert-Prince,
Mr Jobs.. get a clue.. I should be able to decide what plugins I want in my computer.. same on my smartphone.. you made a very very bad move here in my opinion ! If it had Flash Player I'd get an iPhone 4 without thinking.. now I'm all confused and possibly waiting for Droid X... And I'm a loyal Mac user of 20 years.. but you are losing me here..

Martin,

xxxxxxxx,
Steve!!! In a free market what is more important the customer or the your ego? sorry iForgot I'm probably iPrison for that???? it's comunisme in apple. Thank god your not in politics. And if you are than I'd better be dead.

Lover of functional products,
I will not buy any apple product until I can use flash on it. Flash is everywhere and obviously apple is not worried About being useful... Just a hyped up flash in the pan.

Geofrey Mejia,
PLEASE APPLE ALLOW FLASH PLAYER EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ITS WORTH IT.....

Gordon Ducker,
This would attract more people to Apple.

Nathan Peever,
Apple needs flash some how you just cant see that

xxxxxxxx,
I am looking at ipad but haven't purchased as I constantly use a site that requires flash player, the ipad doesn't meed my needs without it

Leandra Burnett,

Jermaine West,

xxxxxxxx,
Dear Apple, We all understand that would Flash compete with iAd, but you need to grow up and get over it. Stop trying to block competition like Microsoft.

Bonnie Krzyzanowski,
I agree. Apple, settle this or lose customers.

xxxxxxxx,

Dylan Campbell,

Ray Gartner,
Such a great tool for surfing the web, yet so many sites that do not download. This will change my mind for the next apple product if it is not fixed.

Drazan,

Phil Beasley,
I will be buying an android as my next phone if apple don't get out of their tower and let adobe distribute flash to the iPhone, ipad, and iPod touch.

Andrew Badge,
I own an iPhone. But my old winmo did more than this. Get with it apple or you lose a customer

xxxxxxxx,
I have been with Adobe for 11 years now, and with Apple for only 4 years. And the years with Google I cannot even count. The choice is clear.

Jonathan Morello,
I work with flash and I have been an apple customer my whole life, it pisses me off that apple would treat their customers like this. I will not be buying a Ipad until they support flash.

xxxxxxxx,

Gary Butler,
PUT FLASH ON MY DAMN IPHONE AND IPAD.

Matthew Zaikowski,
I want hulu!

Justin Arey,
I will not buy an iPad until Flash is supported. Period.

Dru,
I'm on my 5th iPhone so I do love the products, but it would be loved more with flash!!! I want an ipad or two but I will not purchase one until apple realizes that just becasue they don't want to utilize flash, we the people do!! PLEASE FREE THE FLASH!!

Daniel Sterling,
I have read all of the debating from both sides. But the bottom line is if the customer wants to be able to view flash then the customer should have that choice and right now we dont.

Justin Ried,
Apple + Adobe = Happy Customers

Michael Higbee,
Come on Apple! I'm not getting the 4g without flash! Droids are lookin pretty sweet...

Gavin Brooks,
I bought two new iphones to only realise too late that my fav flash based web sites wont run! I am very disappointed in Apple. So I cancelled my order for two ipads.

xxxxxxxx,
It's basically the only thing lacking with my ipod touch! (aside from the fact that it's not an iphone, haha)

xxxxxxxx,
FLASH PLEASE !

xxxxxxxx,
I totally love my iPhone but I truly hate how Apple is blocking flash only because they don't like Adobe.

John fedup,
Disgusted with this restriction, would never have wasted that much money on the iPhone if I had known!

Emanuel Pereira,

Arran,
Please, for the sake of making your products more open, allow Flash. Charge for it if need be!

xxxxxxxx,
please not, do not leave good tool,
this can't be right
we please you to do the right thing and leave us flash as a excellent tool to do aesthetic webdesign, animation, streaming audio, rich interactivity, arbitrary fonts, two-way audio/video communication, hey don't be silly

xxxxxxxx,
Big fan of both Apple and Adobe, but really annoyed that Flash is not allowed in the iPhone/iPad. Designers that are not too confident with coding love making things in Flash because it's so easy – now we are shut off from a big portion of the mobile world. It's just sad that they can't sort this out.

xxxxxxxx,
flash on handelds is a must!
Apple come on! Just make it an option to enable flash player in the settings and display a warning message that the battery life might be unpredictable and that content might not appear correctly etc etc. Im sure no one cares about your excuses just give us flash and everybody happy, buys more iProducts, win win win.

Bernard Emby,
Have been a long time APple fan and user BUT this position on Flash by Apple is ridiculous hypocrytical and has really damaged my support for Apple.Apple do the right thing and listen to what users are saying!

xxxxxxxx,
I am a big fan of Apple, but Steve Jobs “reasons” for not including Flash are nonsense. Flash may not be perfect but it is pervasive on the web and needs to be recognized and accepted. Most of his arguments apply equally to Safari on all Macs, but Flash is supported there. I’ll still get an iPad, but much of what I would want to do with it will be impossible until Flash is supported.

giulio fissore,

xxxxxxxx,
It's absolutely ridiculous that the iPad doesn't have flash, let alone the iPhone. It was a VERY close call for me not to buy an iPad, and I'm a huge apple fanboy ( not afraid to admit it ).

Tristan Boudreault,

xxxxxxxx,

xxxxxxxx,
iPad w/o flash a sad pad.

xxxxxxxx,
Without flash, the iPad is less usefull for me, and i can’t justify the cost.

Audrey COZETTE,

Christophe Asso,
Flash... c'est ce qui manque pour que je me procure un iPhone.

Nicolas Fiset,
Flash... c'est ce qui manque pour que je me procure un iPad.

RP,

Joel Natkin,
As a graphic designer for 10 years, and now a web designer, I have been utterly loyal to Apple. I think Apple should return this loyalty to its core users, and incorporate Flash. Flash is the only technology that is independent of the goddamned browsers. Translate that to mean, the only technology in which a designer can translate a creative vision without compromise. Do the right thing Apple.

xxxxxxxx,
@Apple: Allow Flash AND Java, and get off this very dangerous path you are on because you are losing developers for it. I will not buy iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad for myself or my staff until both are allowed to run. You are a hardware and software company and it makes no sense that Flash and Java cannot run just as well as they do on regular Macs.

Shawn Gilbert,
Why can I have Flash on my Apple iMac, but not my iPhone???

Daniel richter,

xxxxxxxx,
As a web developer, I can tell you that the flash ban puts a heavy burden on designers. Yes, HTML5 and Javascript are very capable ways to code web, but the freedom of Flash still opens many more possibilities. Even if HTML5 is the mainstream solution, Flash integration should still be an integral part of the OS. Cutting it out of web browsing to me is the equivalent of using IE6.

xxxxxxxx,
Dear Apple, stop being a control freak and a ruthless business company. Flash (and Adobe) do not deserve such treatiment. you are the one losing with this choice

xxxxxxxx,
It's ridiculous that Apple won't allow Flash. They've worked with Adobe since the 80's, for crying out loud!

xxxxxxxx,
Pride goes before the fall...

Geoff,
Flash has made growing up with the Internet a much richer experience for almost everyone. It's one of the best animation tools around. Great game making platform. Why ban it? Why keep great content from your customers? Pathological greed and hyper control-freaking is why. Boycott all things Steve Jobs. (You know he argued against expansion slots in the Apple ][...Fortunately Woz still had some muscle back then). F.A.

xxxxxxxx,
don't leave your supporters frustrated. apple is losing customers! Wake up Steve!

Brian Beaumont,
I have an iPhone 3GS, Ipod touch 2nd Gen and 3 Macs and I want to decide what I can get and see. If they don't add this support I will consider switching devices and loyalties in the near future. I always thought this was the type of thing Apple was against and all the excuses are just that, excuses.

Nigam Shah,

xxxxxxxx,

Brett,
Stop being greedy Apple

Mary L Cottingham,
I never appreciated how many sites I visit use Flash until I started playing with my iPad. The lack of Flash becomes quite apparent really quickly... and makes my iPad useless for many tasks for which I had hoped to use it.

xxxxxxxx,
I would really like to purchase an iPad but
at the present time without Flash and Java it would be useless to me.

David Carey,
Stop putting small design firms out of business.

xxxxxxxx,
No flash, no more apple purchases for me...

Morgan Holland,

xxxxxxxx,
I am a graphic designer, flash developer and webdesigner who has used both apple computers and adobe software for years. I was really excited to hear about the upcoming possibilites of I phone APP development become easier with flash CS5 I can't tell you how disappointed I was to hear that flash would be banned. I love my macbook pro and other apple products but I'm lind of beginning to feel under some sort of dictatorship with these highlights in the news. Please allow developers and users of your products have a choice. Keep flash in the mix!!!

Irish McIntyre,
Do the right thing. Flash.

Tim Griffith,
Won't buy another iPhone or a new ipad untill flash is added.

Ed bara,
Writing this from an iPad that I pan to return so I can get an hp slate. I want FLASH

Martin J,
As a life-long Apple fan with my home filled with various Apple devices I must say I'm truly disappointed with Apple's approach to giving the users "the best browsing experience".

The real problem is not that Flash is a ressource hog. I also occasionally switch off Bluetooth and 3G on my iPhone to save battery. That doesn't mean that I don't want these features. Just give me the possibility to choose.

The real issue for Apple is that allowing Flash games and applications on the iPad (and the iPhone) would give serious competition to the App Store.

Cmon Apple, don't get so greedy that you spoil the image of innovative rebellious idealism that the huge base of loyal customers has loved for so many years.

xxxxxxxx,
Flash is an important part of experiences on and off the web which is what most websites are made of. If you really want the ipad to replace a netbook then give it flash.

xxxxxxxx,
The iPad looks awesome and I would love to get one, but lack of Flash support is the only thing stopping me.
Many people say that HTML5 and CSS3 will replace Flash, but what about the designers and developers?
One of the main reasons Flash is so popular as a development program is that you don't have to be a programmer to create something awesome.
If Apple wants to give us a Flash equivalent that creates interactive programs and animations as easily - then fine. But if not, Flash is it.
How can you claim that it is the "best web experience" and "it's the real internet - not the watered down Internet" when a huge chunk of content won't show up? Unacceptable.

Jörgen,
Owner of Ipod and Iphone theyr both great but one things for sure, if you wont get along with adobe and cooparate to get flash for apple products I for one wont buy Ipad, I sadly will get an iSlate instead then so go get flash for us apple costumers!

ray,
Flash is more than video!!! HTML5 is not going to cut it, at least not for another 5-10 years!

malihu,
Soon, flash will be everywhere (android, wp7, symbian etc.) so just put it on iproducts too and lets get on with it.

xxxxxxxx,
WE NEED FLASH. HTML5 is not ready yet!

Brian McBride,
I would like the option to run Flash. HTML5 does not replace all what Flash offers on the web. Until Apple presents a full-featured alternative, I would like to run what DOES work.

Player_16,
This partition is a farce... a 12yo, 32bit legacy farce.

xxxxxxxx,
Flash has been instrumental in delivering engaging user experiences. Very bold and arrogant decision for Apple to omit Flash and still try to tout the iPad as a great web browsing device. No more Apple products for me. I can make my own decisions on how I view the web. I don't need to Steve Jobs to make the decision for me.

Bhavik Shah,
I live n love flash...

Benny,
I would love to see Flash 10.1 on iPhone/iPod/iPad.

Chris,
please make flash for iPhone/iPod touch

Alan Foral,
"lets you see web pages as they were meant to be seen", but not the same as on my macbook. No iPad for me till then. Make a macbook iPad please

LorrisV,
Just put flash, make love with Adobe not war ;)

Flo,
No comment, just find a solution ;)

Jered,
Flash is an important web technology no matter how you try to justify reasons for not supporting it. I was going to buy the iPad but no Flash support was a deal-breaker.

AceOfThumbs,
We want the internet now! HTML 5 is years away from being a widely used standard and even then will be weak compared to Flash. I need Flash on whatever tablet I buy.

James1979,
I love Mac but as a designer I love Flash even more. I'm not the only one. So Apple, please rethink your strategy.

paul Knight,
I had the same idea, but my petition has only been going one week. The more the better I say - Apple DO occasionally listen to people power. Good on you!

xxxxxxxx,
I want flash on my iPhone.

Dane Hansen,
Put it on there.

xxxxxxxx,
Please!!!

Keith Schoeneick,
I don't see why this is still an issue! Flash is PERFECT for the iPhone, iTouch and iPad... would they feel better if Adobe released iFlash?

xxxxxxxx,
I'm not buying an iPad until it has Flash. It is useless without it!

xxxxxxxx,

Alex Paredes,
I Would love Flash on the iPad.

Kevin A. Wilson,
I am an iPhone user. Unless Flash is made available on the iPhone soon, there is no way I am going to purchase an iPad. Why buy two devices that are incompatible with one of the most widely used platforms for Internet media? The Flash Player is found on 99.1% of Internet enabled PCs, which is 14% more than Java and 16% more than even Windows Media Player. The only way Apple can live up to its promise to let us see the web the way it was meant to be seen is to allow the Flash Player to run on iPhones.

Nick Jonas,

Fasil,
Iphone still missses the best thing in web.

Bruno L. Dietrich,
Flash ist das Mass aller Dinge.

Marcus Brady,
I am buying the Google Nexus 1 if the iPhone doesnt come out with flash soon.

Dan I,

Robert Carone,
Flash isn't going anywhere anytime soon. HTML5 will NOT kill flash.

William,
Its my iphone and I'll watch flash videos if I want to, flash videos if I want to, flash videos if I want to. You'd watch flash videos too if apple didn't suck.

Steve Knibbs,
Give us the full online experience we deserve!

xxxxxxxx,

Chet Reynolds,

xxxxxxxx,

Vern Gall,
Come -on 700 Million Flash users can't be all wrong :)

xxxxxxxx,

xxxxxxxx,

Sylvain,
F.U.A.

John Burke,
I left windows because I was promised and outside the box point of view. Apple was my guiding light, I have enjoyed being born into a family that started working for this company in the 80's. My first computer I Ever was shown to use was an machintosh. I can remember rambling arguements with idiots who didn't even kno there was anything beside '95.

Forshame on you apple, we thought we were apart of something special, who would know that you would become just like the rest....... R.I.P Innovation, Thank God for Google. The Last Great Hope.

Ken Malley,

Christopher McGhee,
I want to view web pages as the web designer intended, with the flash content. I find it most aggravating that the iPhone competitors have flash support readily available, and yet the iPhone does not.
And to be frank I already deal with safari instability, the damn thing crashes on me pretty much daily, but ive long since some to terms with it due mostly to the fact that I can push the safari icon again and it takes me right back to the page that crashed it. Honestly, its not that big of a deal.

Chris T.,
Even if you had dozens of pages of disclaimers on it stating that Flash would cause all sorts of grief on my device... I still want the full web experience. My mom would buy an iPad. I told her Farkle and FarmTown wouldn't work. She can justify moving to a device that doesn't fit her digital lifestyle.

xxxxxxxx,
Why noble the best platform but not having support for one of the most widely used tools. Flash me NOW!

Mathieu B.,
We want a flash VM everywhere

xxxxxxxx,
I have purchased a mac product every year and i have been waiting and dreaming about the ipad for a year... but i cant justify spending the money on an internet device that simply doesn't work. Get flash and i will buy the top of the line Ipad with 3g.

Zack C.,
Apple (more Steve Jobs), don't bite the hand that has feed you. Remember it's the creative community that is responsible for pushing Apple to where it is.

Adobe products have been instrumental to that. Remember when you would see Apple and think, Film Editor or Graphic Designer?! The products responsible for that execution were mainly from Adobe.

Sure everything is not perfect, neither is Flash and neither was my MacBook Pro that had a battery heat up and explode for no reason but i didn't go and buy a pc or bitch out Apple (even though i found many reports about this happening).

Remember to be human, be caring and take care of your relationships. Those elements are what have been evident in the success of Apple.

I like Apple(s), I like them sweet but as of late, all I can find are the green sour ones. It's okay for now, I'm still a fan but Steve, don't be the worm that makes the Apple rot...

Hoping for a kickass 4th Gen iPhone this year with Flash support. I'll buy them for my whole family!

tj,
houra!!!! flach

Jonas,
Fix it

Justin,
I like you apple but unless you fix this issue you will lose my support.

Francesco,

Dennis Biron,
come on .... caaaammme on!

xxxxxxxx,

Ray,

Patrick Lemiuex,
This is the "full" web

TommyB,
I just want to be able to use my iphone to access ALL of the web like the advert said on the TV

Mario Poirier,
I also want to be able to listen to FLAC files

Chris Dillon,
I know it's terrible but until HTML5 video kicks off, let us burn our battery.

Céline Rigaud,
Please !!!!!

Jean Naudy,
Please !!!!!

xxxxxxxx,
I want flash to See full web content.

xxxxxxxx,
THE best improvement you could possibly make for an iPod would be to support Flash. Cooperate and graduate people!

Patrick Murphy,
I buty an iPad in the morning, I think its a great idea..........But what the point when i can view my fav websaites, Most of them have a lot of flash content!! :(

Juan J. Miranda,
Simplemente libre mercado, freedom of choice!

xxxxxxxx,

kurt van schaeybroeck,
When will Apple finally see that flash is not something to ignore in 2010. I almost regret buying an iPhone when I see that google devices (thc) will support it.

Mathieu Joly,
A so technologic device without Flash, No way!!!

Jessica Arneback,

ianm,

Christine Oliver,

Chris F,
Get Flash player on the iPad. HTML5 is like looking at Flash from 10 years ago, I'd expect to see everything the web has to offer today on an apple device.

Lisa Villani,

xxxxxxxx,

Adrian Aioanei,

Hicham,
Yes please

roger schryer,

xxxxxxxx,

Bart Deforche,

xxxxxxxx,
Why can't we all get along?

Ruth Brown,
I can't believe Apple, the creator of the coolest gadget ever, could be so uncool in not working with Adobe to get Flash on the iPhone. It's just madness...

Freddy,

Joseph,
Apple fans are a little too much re-echoing what Steve Jobs says. And no doubt, he is a man that will leave a trace in the history.

Adobe, the launcher of Designer Softwares for decades, such as Photoshop for Designers who were the only ones that kept Apple going till 1997, as they were the only ones using it, suddenly disbanded the idea of Flash on the internet because Steve Jobs wants the iPhone h'Apple-ly Closed.

There will be a time when trend strategists will look at how they saw flash as merely a 'Banner Ads' annoyance. Than truly understand Hybrid, Web-Applications suck as RIAs and the power of Flex, Flash while Skinning with Photoshop and Catalyst.

Flash has been doing touch screens long before Apple was in the game, at least publicly. Removing Flash from the iPad is Purely for Apple to Run whatever it wants and Not because Steve Jobs felt like bashing Flash for incompetence reasons.

xxxxxxxx,

Damian Kreß,

John Bliss,

Daniel Alles,
Doesn't concern me at all, but I'll do it for great justice.

Jack O\'Melia,

emrah atılkan,
i love apple and flash.. if i will chose one i chose flash with full web experience..

Fabio Teles,
Flasshhhhhhhh !!!

xxxxxxxx,

xxxxxxxx,
iWantFlash on My iPhone, My iPad

Mike,
Go Flash or Go Home! Apple is pathetic... they will wait 6 years just like they refused to add the right click to their mice.

xxxxxxxx,
It would be a great thing to have that FLASH PLAYER on every Apple's products

xxxxxxxx,
plz flash!

Laurent MARQUES,
Adobe for President ! Apple please no sign with Microsoft evil !

Jimmy Rueedi,
This is sent from my iPhone and I would VERY much appreciate Flash on it.
So please Apple, listen to your customers, which bought the iPhone hopefully getting flash on it, the only "bug" in the decision tree, while evaluating a new device...

xxxxxxxx,
Flash for President!

xxxxxxxx,

David Perkins,
Apple, i have no use for an iPad, and this iPhone is getting old. Your competition looks attractive.

xxxxxxxx,

xxxxxxxx,

William Saunders,
I'm sure Adobe would be more than happy to work with Apple on meeting any quality requirements they supposedly need in the flash player.
